Tik Maynard / Eventing

Tik Maynard is an icon in the equestrian world, combining his passion for riding with the importance of proper training and horsemanship with five generations of knowledge behind his success. Tik represented Canada during the Pan Am Games in 2007and in early 2008, while trying to make the Olympic Team, he suffered a broken my collar bone at the World Cup in Mexico City. Today, Tik’s work combines 3-Day Eventing and Horsemanship. Although he loves the thrill and challenge of eventing, he has been known to say that if he could never ride again, he would be perfectly happy to spend his days working with horses from the ground.
